A micro artisanal distillery in Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, where each step, from the fields to the bottle, is carried out with passion!
We launched the first sparkling wild blueberry wine in Quebec and even the world! After a decade of creating our own grape variety, the Saint-André, we planted 8,000 vines, making it the first vineyard recognized by the Régie des Alcools du Québec (RACJ) in Saguenay–Lac-St-Jean.
